Your strategic documents are your most valuable assets. We treat them that way.

No AI Training

We explicitly state that **your documents and data are never used to train or fine-tune AI models**. Each analysis is performed in a stateless, isolated environment.

Auto-Deletion Policy

By default, all uploaded documents are **automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days**. You can also choose to delete them immediately after processing in your settings.

Encryption at Rest

All data is encrypted using industry-standard **AES-256 encryption** while stored. In transit, we use TLS 1.3 to ensure your documents are secure from end to end.

Zero Raw Storage

We do not store the raw text of your documents longer than necessary for processing. Only the metadata and the final analysis results are retained for your dashboard.

Our Commitment

Strategic alignment is a sensitive process. We understand that the documents you upload contain proprietary information, future plans, and competitive insights.

Strategy Alignment Reviewer is built on a "Privacy by Design" architecture. This means we minimize data collection, maximize transparency, and provide you with full control over your information.

Data Retention Summary:

Uploaded Files: Deleted after 7 days (default) or immediately (optional).
Analysis Results: Stored until you delete them from your dashboard.
User Profile: Stored as long as your account is active.
Payment Info: Handled securely by Stripe; we never store credit card details.
